Lust Have It: August 2012

My Lust Have It arrived! This month they have really outdone themselves! I think it's an extra special box to celebrate their first birthday.

This months box came beautifully wrapped. Simple and classic.

The contents.

1. tanGo Tanning Glove (full size)

RRP $29.95

I'm not sure why this is called a glove, its a cloth. It's a basic micro fibre cloth used to clean glass. It's designed to remove fake tan, which would be super handy! Apparently it can also be used to remove makeup. This might be a really good thing to use at night. To be updated.

2. Bed Head - Glaze Haze Smoothing Serum (60ml sample)

RRP $25.95

This smells so yummy. It's really sweet without being too sickly. It has a smooth, non oily texture.

3. Marc Jacobs: Dot (1.2ml sample)

RRP $160.00

This is my next perfume to buy. It smells AMAZING! It is described as a "lush floral bouquet of beautiful jasmine and juicy red berries. Very feminine.

4. Pure Fiji Exotic Bath and Body Oil - Orange Blossom (no size given)

RRP $34.95

It seems like "incredible scents" is a theme for this months box. This body oil smells so yummy! It feels great on the skin too. I'm not sure how body oil goes in the sun though. I don't imagine it would be good, especially on my fair skin. I think I'll keep it for winter use and massages. 

Funny fact: It was a really cold day when I got home to find my package at the door and the oil had solidified into a cream-like texture.

5. Shiseido Lipstick (2.5g sample)

RRP $43.00

I got a really nice colour in my pack. It's a soft nude pink that has a very subtle peachy tone. It's really hydrating, though I don't think the staying power is the same as other similarly priced lipstick, such as Mac.

Wet n Wild Nail Polish (full size)

RRP $14.95

I haven't tried any Wet n Wild nail polishes before. the opacity of this doesn't seem too bad, I think I'll need 3 coats to get it opaque. The colour seems a little outdated to me, but it might look good with the right outfit. It's a pink with silver shimmer.

As well as the above items I got an extra VIP gift for being an annual subscriber.

A lovely set of pearl earrings from Style Rocks valued at $80.

I certainly feel like I got my money worth with this box. Everything in it is fantastic!
